The Government's pause and review in September left many councils unsure where they stand. The pressure to deliver more homes hasn't gone away, though, and ministers have signalled they will return to reorganisation. This session asks what councils can learn from those that have already been through it: what preparation they did, what worked, what they would do differently and what advice they would give councils starting now. We want to move the conversation on from managing disruption to the opportunities change creates.
