Martin Arnold is an award-winning multidisciplinary practice of Chartered Surveyors and construction consultants. For more than 25 years, we have worked within the residential, commercial, education, and leisure sectors, delivering projects across London, the Midlands and the Southeast for local authorities, housing associations and private developers. Our technical teams specialise in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying / Cost Consultancy, Employer’s Agent, Building Safety, Sustainability and Retrofit, Health and Safety, Project Management, Contract Administration, Clerk of Works, and Architecture.

We are proud to have been the first multidisciplinary practice to achieve Building a Safer Future Champion status, presented by Dame Judith Hackitt, through the Building a Safer Future Charter – an accolade we have retained since 2023.
